Return and Exchange Policy

 

Cha-ze Cool accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase. Exchanges or returns outside of the US will be charged a return fee.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, in the same condition that you received it in. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Any personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. To start a return, you can contact us at info@chazecool.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions.
